The rooms are beautifully furnished, very quiet and next to the bathroom. They look out onto a lovely garden and beyond the garden onto the nursery garden of the Royal Botanic Gardens.
The price includes self-service continental breakfast and you are welcome to use the large fully equipped kitchen and living room with open gas fire. Botanics B&B is very much a young, vibrant private home with B&B offered on a small-scale basis with normally one or two rooms let out.
Location: Great central location on a beautiful street less than 50 metres to the north gate of the Royal Botanic Gardens. Excellent access to the city centre which is either a short walk or you can hop on a bus at the end of the street (bus stop for numbers 8, 17, 23 & 27). Easy access to/from the airport as the Edinburgh Shuttle will stop at the front gate.

Please note that maximum stay is normally 5 nights and during the festival in August the minimum stay is 2 nights.

In a safe, dorm-like atmosphere, you will be steps away from all of our classes. 5 classes a week, from 10am-2pm, you will have plenty of time to perfect your craft and maintain a working/personal life.
The living room has views down to Princes Street and up to the top of Edinburgh Castle. It is great for watching the fireworks from the castle or just people watching! There is a television with DVD player and cable as well as a CD player.
The modern bathroom has under floor heating and a bath with an electric shower.
Off the large hallway is a small laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
The apartment has double glazing, is fully furnished throughout and all rooms have solid oak floor boarding.
The bedroom is at the back of the building so is reasonably quiet and is set up with an internet connection for guest's use. It also has a very large closet with hanging space and shelving. Bed linen and towels are available for loan free of charge. The lighting can also be dimmed.
