I'm ready tu sublet the room in the flat in Edinburgh. I have prepared it strictly for short term renting: big king size bed, big wardrobe, chairs, table, small fridge, everything you need to enjoy the Fringe festival - quiet, cosy, clean. The door has a lock. You get the full acces to the kitchen and bathroom of course and twoIt's freshly renovated. Direct bus from the airport (no. 17), 3 buses take you to the city center in ~20 mins (or 10 mins with uber/bolt/black cab). I'm a 40 yo single professional and i'm at work all the time and come back at night to eat and sleep, so you get a lot of privacy even though it'a a shared flat. Longer stay = lower rate per night, etc. Feel free to ask questions.
PS. I'm responsible and honest and expect the same from the guests, as i don't want problems.
